Trevor recently helped us clear a reasonable size warehouse. To say he was helpful would be a understatement. He went above and beyond to make sure we were out by our deadline , even though we had left it a bit late to contact him. His “can do & will do attitude “ was very refreshing. On top of this , he was genuine enough to explain the cheapest way for us to get the job done. Very reasonable compared to anyone else in his field. Absolutely 1st class job & at a good price! We had a lot of varied rubbish. Trevor & co got stuck in & cleared every last scrap. He even cleaned away all the cobwebs & swept up! It didn't take them too long either because they got on with it and there was a lot! Both the men were very friendly & helpful. Also they 100% adhered to social distancing. I was concerned as I have a pre-existing health condition. On the quotation day both men wore masks & they maintained distance at all times even whilst taking payment. Also they have a very helpful website containing lots of helpful information. We thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you.

Had a very very heavy/ large sofa removed from my home, they came assessed what needed to be cleared gave a price then organised a time. Kept in touch with any chances of time, and arrival pick time. Trevor was polite and helpful from the first phone call all the way through to job completion. I was worried about having waste collected during the current lock down but Trevor kept a good distance at all times using a side alley for access and was very professional. Trev quoted me a very competitive price to take away some concrete hardcore waste from my garden. During the covid-19 lockdown I tackled a garden project and was left with nearly 2 tonne of concrete waste. I contacted Completely Clear as I had been recommended them by a friend. Trev gave me a great quote and arrived to remove the waste. He was very professional, completed the job whilst following social distancing guidelines and left the area very clean and tidy. The job turned out to be a lot harder than expected due to the adverse weather conditions, this meant the job took 2 full days work over 3 different days. Trevor was always polite, on time and committed to finishing what he started. I would recommend Trevor as a hands on company as opposed to hiring a skip, as the guys do the hard work and go above and beyond what is the norm in this industry.

On time, got on with job promptly, made sure nothing was left behind and even jogged my memory for glass from the garden shed, which I had forgotten to include in. Courteous throughout. I usually save back a few points on scoring, but I had no excuse in giving solid tens. Note: As there was no rubble it was far cheaper than using a skip. I was reassured that the correct paperwork was used to track the rubbish. In southend we get too much fly tipping so was initially reluctant to use this sort of service but the combination of "checkatrade" and properly signed truck with lift sealed the deal.
